About Shift-Working

To ensure the safe and efficient running of operations at the Barry manufacturing facility, some roles - such as Process Operator, Maintenance or Laboratory Technician - involve working one of a number of shift patterns.

For positions that require shift work, we offer a competitive shift allowance payment, matched to the specific shift pattern, in addition to our salary and benefits package.

All our vacancies will indicate the type of shift pattern you’ll be required to work and the associated shift allowance payment.
